What we collect
We only collect information you voluntarily give us:
- First name and email address — when you subscribe to our email list or access a free resource
- Name, email, and meeting preferences — when you book a call via Calendly
We do not collect health information, payment information, or any other personal data through this website. The AI tools we provide (e.g. the Diet Upgrade prompt) run entirely inside your own Claude or ChatGPT session — we never see or receive your responses to those tools.
Why we collect it and how we use it
- To send you the resource you requested (e.g. the Diet Upgrade prompt)
- To send you occasional emails about fitness, nutrition, and Liiv Fit updates — only with your consent
- To schedule and manage coaching calls
We will not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.
Third parties we share data with
We use the following third-party services to operate this site. Each has their own privacy policy:
- MailerLite — stores your name and email for our mailing list and sends emails on our behalf. MailerLite Privacy Policy

- Google Fonts — fonts on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which means Google may see your IP address. Google Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any other parties.
Email marketing and CASL
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only send commercial electronic messages to people who have given us express consent. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
If you subscribed via our website, your consent was recorded at the time of subscription. We keep records of consent as required by law.
