I built Liiv Fit because generic plans never accounted for women like us.

I moved from India to Canada, built a career, trained through busy seasons, and spent years trying to make fitness fit a life that did not look like the standard template.

The meal plans did not include the food I grew up eating.

The schedules did not account for real corporate stress.

The advice made sense on paper, but it did not always fit real life.

So I built my own system.
