Liiv Fit is operated by Mythri Shetty. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. We take your privacy seriously and will never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we are

What we collect
When you fill out our coaching application, we collect what you voluntarily share:
- Your name and email address
- Your WhatsApp number and/or Instagram handle
- Your fitness goals and training background
- Your answer about coaching pricing and budget
- Any optional health or injury information you choose to share — this question is optional, and you can leave it blank
When you take our free quiz, we collect:
- Your first name and email address
- Your quiz answers and the result ("fitness trap") they produce
- Whether you opted in to receive training tips and updates
We do not collect payment information through this website.
Why we collect it and how we use it
- To review your coaching application and decide whether Liiv Fit coaching is a good fit for you
- To contact you about your application — including sending you a Calendly link to book your free 45-minute call, if we think it's a good fit
- To email you your personalized quiz result
- Only if you tick the opt-in box on the quiz, to send you occasional training tips and updates from Liiv Fit
Filling out the coaching application does not sign you up for any mailing list. Taking the quiz adds your email to our email platform (MailerLite) so we can send you your result, but only adds you to our ongoing tips/updates list if you tick that box — you can unsubscribe from that at any time using the link in any email we send. We will not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.
Third parties we share data with
We use the following third-party services. Each has their own privacy policy:
- Formspree — processes your coaching application submission and delivers it to us by email. Formspree Privacy Policy
- MailerLite — stores your quiz answers, result, and email so we can send you your result and, if you opted in, ongoing tips and updates. [CHECK] MailerLite Privacy Policy
- Calendly — Calendly is not embedded on this site. If we invite you to book a call after reviewing your coaching application, we'll send you a Calendly link directly. If you use it, Calendly collects your name, email, and meeting preferences. Calendly Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts — fonts on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which means Google may see your IP address. Google Privacy Policy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any other parties.
How long we keep your data
We keep your coaching application information for as long as we need it to review your application and follow up with you, and for up to 24 months afterward in case you re-apply or for our own business records. After that, we delete it.
We keep your quiz information in MailerLite until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request a correction to your information
- Request deletion of your information
To exercise any of these rights, or to ask us not to contact you further, email hello@liivfit.com and we will action your request within 10 business days.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party services used by this site (Google Fonts, Formspree, and Calendly if you book through a link we send you) may set their own cookies in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
