I got into training in college because of body dysmorphia.

But it got me into the gym — and eventually I fell in love with what my body could actually do.

Then life took over. I moved from India to Canada, started over, juggled school and work and just trying to figure things out in a new country. Training became the last thing on my list. I kept myself sane in other ways. But my body — and how I felt in it — kept getting pushed to the back.

In my late twenties I hit a point where I just could not ignore it anymore. I got back into training and genuinely never looked back.

But following a plan was harder than I expected. Every program I tried was built for someone else. The meal plans never included the food I grew up eating. The schedules never accounted for a real corporate workload. Nothing fit, so nothing stuck. So I built something that actually worked for me.

Now it is just my life. I do not think about it the way I used to. It is just who I am.

And I want that for you.
